Brian's background is built on a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and years of experience founding and building a multi-million dollar engineering firm. Brian founded TheCADZone in May of 2000 and managed all aspects of the company - from daily operations to sales - before facilitating its acquisition two years later. Next, Brian moved to Florida and began developing MileStone Custom Homes, bringing a northeastern business sensibility and his engineering background to the benefit of the fledgling custom home builder.

Brian actively oversees all aspects of MileStone's operations and has developed a solid niche in Delray Beach's $1.5 to $4 million custom luxury home market. MileStone's list of accomplishments includes over 40 custom luxury homes and a multitude of commercial projects that have established MileStone Custom Home's reputation for quality results and Brian's reputation for integrity.
